What do we think about when we think about Pakistan? A nation of pride and promise? Or a nation of prejudices? It is, to many, a country of complexities, of old histories and cultures but also of very new tensions and hostilities.

Travelling through this rich and diverse country, the team visited colleges and churches, spoke with imams and government leaders, met in civic gatherings and hosted receptions to gather a greater sense of Pakistan’s challenges and opportunities.

With support from the Foreign Office under the 2012 Olympic Truce, London Boroughs Faiths Network travelled to Pakistan with Wandsworth Community Empowerment Network and Stockwell Green Community Services.
